We are now seeking new care assistants/nursing assistants for our cozy nursing home Enebacken.

Enebacken is a nursing home with a total of 108 places with various focuses such as short-term and respite care, day activities, somatic care, and dementia care.

Enebacken is located in the picturesque Smedby in Åkersberga, close to meadows and forests.

About the role

With us, you will have competent and dedicated managers who support and develop you in your role as a care assistant/nursing assistant and in your development at Forenede Care. We run a company where you grow together with us.

In the position of care assistant/nursing assistant with us, you will perform care and support based on the client's wishes and in accordance with applicable assistance decisions, with a strong focus on quality. This includes performing personal hygiene, assisting with meal preparation and serving, responding to alarms, and social interaction. Social interaction may include conversations, games, bike rides, music activities, or similar.

As a summer substitute with us, you have good chances of extending your position or receiving a permanent employment offer.

Job Description

We are currently looking for several part-time colleagues for a summer substitute position.

To be considered for the position, you need:

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.

We also consider it an advantage if you have previous experience in elderly care and dementia care.

Before we offer employment, you must present an unopened extract from the police criminal record. We also require proof of a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or approved work permit from the Migration Agency.
